The First Cut

Completed

Period

1st of March – 1st of June

Goal

Lose 10 kg

The first challenge was the starting point of the journey. The goal was simple, clear and measurable: lose 10 kg within three months and build momentum through visible progress.

Goal

Target weight, sleep and sports consistency

The second challenge was more holistic. It was not only about reaching a target weight, but also about building a healthier routine with enough sleep at least four times per week and consistent sports sessions. The challenge was interrupted and never fully finished.

Challenge 01

The first visible progress.

This was the first proper cut: a clear timeline, a clear target and a simple mission. The chart shows a mostly steady downward trend from 123 kg to the goal weight, with a few small bumps along the way.

Challenge 02

Interrupted, but not meaningless.

The second challenge was stopped before it reached the finish line. Still, it changed the direction: the focus moved from pure weight loss to a broader routine built around sleep, sports and consistency.

Coming Soon

Challenge 03 will be different.

The next challenge is planned to be far more radical — not as a crash diet, but as a stricter system: clearer rules, harder accountability, better tracking and no room for half-measures.

Challenge 1 was about losing weight. Challenge 2 was about building a routine. Challenge 3 is about proving that both can be combined with discipline.

Stricter tracking
Clearer rules
Harder accountability
More structure
Less excuses
